Strategic Partners is the DBA and trademark for The Logan Management Group, Inc., a woman-owned Florida corporation specializing in the strategic management of human services since 1991. We provide practical solutions, innovative approaches and results oriented technical assistance to our clients. Our partners (Jean Logan, Alexandria Douglas-Bartolone, Thamara Labrousse and Andrea Stephenson) and associates are experienced, culturally diverse and multi-lingual. We have a combined 60 years of leadership and management experience in the public and nonprofit sectors in Florida, New York, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
Strategic Partners utilizes three primary elements in our collaborative work: strategic planning, organizational development, and systems change. Our clients are public, private and nonprofit entities that are committed to building strategic partnerships and utilizing their resources to increase the value of their services for clients or member organizations. Our systems change work focuses on streamlining systems of care to be successful in addressing the needs of the people our clients serve. These efforts also focus on reducing duplication and fragmentation of service delivery, improving the cost effective use of available resources, and resolving barriers to care for participants.
